1.4 Additional Features. We will notify you of any applicable additional terms or alternative terms and conditions before activating any additional features. Your activation of additional features in your account will be deemed acceptance of the applicable Additional Terms or, if applicable, another agreement. You agree that you have not received or offered any illegal or inappropriate bribes, bribes, payments, gifts or valuables from any of our employees or agents in connection with this Agreement. As described in the Marketplace Terms, certain additional terms may apply to your use of the Apps (as defined in the Marketplace Terms). You (“Subscriber”, “you”, “your” or related terms) purchase a subscription to the Service operated by Zendesk (as defined below) from an independent third party authorized to sell such subscriptions (“Reseller”) under a separate agreement with Zendesk (“Reseller Agreement”). In addition to all terms relating to your use of the Service under an agreement between you and Reseller, these Zendesk Reseller Customer Terms (the “Terms”) contain the terms that govern your access to and use of the Service (as set forth herein). Zendesk is an express beneficiary of these Terms, and by purchasing a subscription to the Service, you expressly acknowledge and agree that Zendesk has the right to enforce these Terms against you and that these Terms constitute the entire Agreement and any prior agreements between you and Zendesk with respect to your subscription to the Service or your access to or use under these Terms and your agreement between you.
