Change Of Name Agreement Template

A modification agreement must mention the main details of the contract changes: things such as the clause numbers to be modified and the details of the revision must be indicated. A modification agreement is a document between parties to an initial contract who wish to modify or revise certain terms of an agreement. The amending contract can be used to modify any type of contract such as supply contract, loan agreement, service contract, housing rental agreement or commercial rental agreement, etc. This document can be used when the parties are preparing to revise the terms of an existing agreement. After an agreement has been executed, the parties to a contract may enter into a number of revised agreements for a certain period of time and, instead of entering into a new agreement, they may simply have to revise the original agreement. If the changes are significant and it would be too complicated to read the two agreements together, it may be better to conclude a new agreement. However, if the changes are easy to specify through an amendment, an amendment agreement would be a good way to move them forward. All Contracting Parties may retain a signed copy of the Amendment Agreement. To do this, different copies can be signed, or if only one copy is signed, it can be photocopied and then distributed between the parties.

Amendment agreements in India are governed by the Indian Contracts Act, 1872, which covers the general principles of the treaty, such as creation and mutual understanding. . . .
