(a) the contract is offered under a decree of general interest and, if the individual entrepreneur claims to be unfair, it is up to the lessor to prove otherwise. There are some “grey” clauses that are not automatically unfair, but may be considered unfair depending on how they are used – for example, a clause that allows a merchant to leave the rental contact at their discretion, but does not allow you to do the same. .
